Terms and Conditions
By using the Sana Logistics website or requesting any of its services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions relating to the use of the website and the services provided by Sana Logistics.
1. Website Use
The website is used to introduce Sana Logistics services and to submit inquiries or requests for logistics services, including storage, transportation, packing, inventory management, pickup, and delivery. Using the website or submitting a request through it does not constitute final acceptance by Sana Logistics to provide the service. All requests are subject to review, assessment, and approval by the company.
2. Services Provided
Sana Logistics services, as agreed with the customer, may include storage, inventory management, transportation, packing, repacking, pickup, delivery, inventory counting, classification, and any other related logistics services. The actual scope of service shall be determined based on the approved quotation, agreement, contract, or service form between the parties.
3. Service Requests
Submitting a service request through the website or any other communication channel does not constitute final acceptance of the service and does not create any obligation on Sana Logistics unless the request has been reviewed and officially accepted by the company. Sana Logistics may accept or reject any service request based on the nature of the goods, space availability, service location, operational requirements, or any other considerations deemed appropriate by the company.
4. Prices and Quotations
Prices and quotations depend on the nature of the requested service, type of goods, space, duration, pickup or delivery location, and any additional services requested. Any prices or information published on the website shall not be considered a binding offer unless officially confirmed by Sana Logistics through a quotation or written agreement.
5. Customer Responsibility
The customer must provide accurate and complete information about the goods, including type, quantity, condition, estimated value, and any information that may affect storage, transportation, or handling. The customer bears full responsibility for any inaccurate or incomplete information provided to Sana Logistics. The customer must not deliver prohibited, unlawful, hazardous, perishable, or specially regulated goods unless such goods are disclosed in advance and accepted in writing by Sana Logistics.
6. Receipt of Goods and Transfer of Custody
Custody of the goods transfers from the customer to Sana Logistics upon official receipt by a Sana representative, pursuant to a receipt form, document, or approved proof showing the condition and quantity of the goods at the time of receipt. Sana Logistics shall not be responsible for the goods before official receipt or for any prior shortage or damage that was not disclosed or documented at the time of receipt.
7. Insurance of Goods
Sana Logistics does not provide an insurance policy for stored or transported goods, and the goods are not considered insured by Sana Logistics unless otherwise agreed in writing in a separate contract or a clear agreement between the parties. The customer acknowledges that storage or transportation of the goods is carried out without an insurance policy provided by Sana Logistics, and that Sana Logistics’ liability is limited to the liability terms set out in the contract, receipt form, or approved agreement between the parties.
8. Limitation of Sana Logistics Liability
Sana Logistics undertakes to exercise ordinary professional care in storing, handling, and transporting goods delivered to it. Sana Logistics’ responsibility for the goods begins from official receipt until delivery or return to the customer, within the limits agreed in the contract, receipt form, or approved quotation. Sana Logistics shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer, the nature of the goods, prior poor packaging, force majeure, or causes beyond the company’s control.
9. Prohibited or Non-Compliant Goods
The customer is prohibited from delivering any goods that are legally prohibited or in violation of the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The customer bears full legal and financial responsibility for any non-compliant or unauthorized goods delivered to Sana Logistics without prior disclosure. Sana Logistics may refuse to receive, store, or transport any goods it deems unsuitable, non-compliant, or requiring special conditions that are not available.
10. Inspection and Inventory
Sana Logistics may inspect, count, and document the condition of the goods upon receipt, during storage, or upon delivery in order to protect the rights of both parties. The information documented in the receipt form, inventory record, or any official document between the parties shall serve as the reference for the condition and quantity of the goods.
11. Privacy
Sana Logistics is committed to protecting customer data and not sharing it with any third party except where necessary to provide the service or as required by official regulations and instructions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
12. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
Sana Logistics may amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendment becomes effective from the date it is published on the website, unless otherwise stated.
13. Applicable Laws
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent authorities in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
